We identify ourselves as a multidisciplinary group of professionals with more than 10 years of experience in Human Resources, international recruitment and development. We see new technologies and apps as a tool to ensure the connection between American companies and workers from Central America looking for job opportunities with companies with H2B and H2A programs.
After years of visiting and recruiting for different companies in the USA, we came up with this idea to accelerate the recruitment process using technology, which we already see play a fundamental role in other areas of work.
Our startup creates, through our platform, a database in which people from Central American countries affiliated with the H2B and H2A programs can enter, subscribe, and create profiles, so that companies like yours can access and hire them.
Through our platform and our app, people in Central America interested in obtaining a job in the United States and who meet the minimum requirements that we ask for (aged over 18 years, no criminal record, valid passport for at least 1 year, no deportations) can complete our form, subscribe to our platform, upload the requested documentation, specify what kind of work experience they have (gardening, construction, cleaning, hospitality, welding, mechanics, cooking etc.) and create their profile, which is stored in our database so that companies like yours will have free access to this information.

Through this portal, you have complimentary and swift access to our extensive database. Below, you'll find direct links to the worker profiles, allowing you to filter them by:

This access enables you to instantly view information on over 2,500 individuals from countries like El Salvador, Guatemala, Honduras, Nicaragua, Mexico, and more, all prepared to work in the United States.
Starting January 2, 2024, our database will undergo bi-weekly updates, ensuring you have the latest profiles and new candidates with varied work experiences that your company may require.
We're on track to add over 2,500 new candidates seeking job opportunities by January 2025 and will continue to grow, aiding American companies in finding workers from Central and South America through our platform.

Are you interested?
It's essential to know that if you're interested in engaging with any individuals from our database, each of our subscribers has undergone training, either online or in-person. This training covers understanding the recruitment processes of American companies, identifying the preferences of companies seeking Hispanic workers, and providing guidance on obtaining a social security number, opening a bank account, and understanding necessary documentation to simplify salary transactions. They're also coached on the different deductions they might see in their paychecks, which can vary based on the state of employment and other factors.
We want to reiterate that our primary aim is to streamline these processes by bridging the gap between two distinct cultures and leveraging technology.
