What We Do

Through our platform and mobile app, workers from countries participating in H2B and H2A visa programs can register, create a digital job profile, and upload their relevant documentation. Every candidate in our system must meet key eligibility criteria:

Be over 18 years old
Have no criminal record
Hold a valid passport (minimum 12 months)
Have no prior deportations

They also specify their work experience in industries such as:
landscaping, agriculture, construction, housekeeping, hospitality, welding, cooking, and more.

Transparency Matters: Visa Program Standards

In accordance with H-2B visa regulations, please note:

Access to our worker database is completely free of charge for companies that receive our invitation.

However, once your company hires any individual from the list, you are legally required to reimburse the worker for any out-of-pocket expenses related to their hiring process. This includes:

Embassy appointment fees
Meals or lodging required during travel
Local transport to and from interviews or documentation centers
Any applicable service fees they paid in their home country

This ensures a fair and ethical recruitment process where no worker is financially burdened in order to pursue legal employment in the United States.
